No less than nine individual trades are needed to fabricate and install components into even the smallest of powder rooms. One of these components is our custom cabinetry which is designed according to your specifications, manufactured, finished and installed by Brownlow & Sons craftmen.
Our designer, who will personally manage and schedule these professionals working in your home, will also meet with you initially to discuss your ideas and to be your resource for as much help as you need regarding design and / or product selection.
Drawings reflecting your design ideas and custom cabinetry details will be provided as needed. Our volume distributor pricing status with our material suppliers combined with professional project management will all be included in a detailed cost proposal presented to you.
Upon acceptance of our proposal we’ll schedule a start date according to your specifications. While functions such as demolition and rough plumbing and electrical installations are ongoing, our craftsman will be in our cabinet shop beginning the process of building and finishing your custom cabinetry, materials such as tile and plumbing fixtures will be arriving in a timely manner and all other skilled trades will be scheduled and completed in such a way as to minimize the inconvenience to you while this very personal area of your home is being remodeled. Your design / management professional is on call 24/7 ready to direct our staff to adapt any situation during production.
